I know that this same energy brought you here. Perhaps you are at the beginning of a personal quest or feeling so lost that you can’t comprehend how you came to be at this point. Believe me, this is all part of the process and in this space, we offer you a place of physical and emotional rest.
A shelter without right or wrong. A place for catharsis where all our burdens find their way out.
Today, in this Universe, we will walk side by side with love and acceptance. Guided by our hearts, we will reconnect with our physical, emotional, and spiritual body to return to the deep Peace that dwells within us.

MONDAY MEDITATION GROUP
If you believe meditation was never for you or have made several unsuccessful attempts to maintain your practice, this space is for you.
Every Monday, we get together to share a few minutes of inner silence. Step by step and at our own pace, we will learn and improve this practice of observation and stillness. We will share our experiences and feelings around it, and we will go deeper into our true essence.
The group is open to everyone. We recommend bringing your zafu or cushion. (+ a blanket on cold nights).
The Universe is waiting for you with open arms.
When: Every Monday at 20:00 (Summertime) and 19:30 (Winter time)
