I know that this same energy brought you here. Perhaps you are at the beginning of a personal quest or feeling so lost that you can’t comprehend how you came to be at this point. Believe me, this is all part of the process and in this space, we offer you a place of physical and emotional rest.

MONDAY MEDITATION GROUP
If you believe that meditation was never for you or have made several unsuccessful attempts to maintain your practice, this space is for you.
​
Every Monday, we get together to share a few minutes of inner silence. Step by step and at our own pace, we will learn and improve this practice of observation and stillness. We will share our experiences and feelings around it, and together we will go deeper into our true essence.
The group is open to everyone. We recommend bringing your own zafu or cushion. (+ a blanket on cold nights).
The Universe is waiting for you with open arms.
