quiet soul season.

Sliding Scale Contribution
We have worked with care and intention to keep this retreat as accessible as possible while honoring the time, energy, and resources that make it happen. In the spirit of reciprocity, we offer a sliding scale contribution. If your financial situation allows, we invite you to choose an amount within the suggested range that feels both generous and sustainable for you. Your contribution helps us continue creating these spaces for all who feel the call.
We also understand that financial circumstances can sometimes be challenging. If you feel called to join but are unable to contribute the full amount, please reach out.
As a thank-you for committing early, we are offering a reduced contribution for the first 5 participants who sign up.
Pay It Forward (Optional)
If you feel abundant and wish to extend that abundance, you can contribute an additional amount to our Pay It Forward fund. These donations go directly toward supporting someone who feels deeply called to join but is facing financial barriers. It’s a way to weave generosity into our community and make this experience accessible to more hearts. You'll find this option in the intake form.

Frequently asked Questions
What are the benefits and contraindications of using Sacred Medicine?
Sacred Medicine has been used for centuries in ancestral contexts to access expanded states of consciousness, emotional healing, and spiritual reconnection. Recent scientific studies have also demonstrated its potential benefits in the treatment of depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, and existential distress.
Commonly reported benefits:
-
Mental and emotional clarity
-
Deep feelings of connection and unity
-
Processing and releasing repressed emotions
-
New perspectives on personal and relational life
-
Spiritual or existential reconnection
-
Temporary or prolonged reduction of anxiety or depression symptoms
Contraindications (when use is not recommended):
-
Current psychotic disorders or personal/family history of schizophrenia or bipolar I disorder
-
Recent use of certain psychiatric medications (such as SSRIs, antipsychotics, benzodiazepines)
-
Pregnancy or breastfeeding
-
Recent episodes of severe mental health crisis without therapeutic support
-
Unstable medical conditions that could interfere with the experience
-
Certain cardiovascular diseases
Before joining the retreat, all participants must complete a health history form so we can individually assess whether participation is safe. This step is essential to ensure a contained, respectful experience aligned with your personal process.
Is this retreat safe for everyone?
Not everyone is ready or suitable for a Sacred Medicine experience. This is why we require a health form to assess your medical and psychological history before confirming your participation. People with certain mental health conditions (such as bipolar disorder or schizophrenia) or who are taking certain medications (like SSRI antidepressants) may undergo on specific protocols prior to the retreat.
What is the preparation process like?
Participation in a group preparation call is required, and we recommend personal reflection practices (such as journaling, meditation, and dietary adjustments) in the days leading up to the retreat. You will receive a guide to help prepare your body and mind to experience the journey with presence and openness.
What happens during the Sacred Medicine Ceremony?
The Sacred Medicine ceremony takes place in a safe, therapeutic setting. The experience includes music, moments of silence, guided reflections, or gentle movement. Facilitators will be present throughout the entire process to provide containment, emotional support, and integration.
Can I attend alone?
Yes. Many people come without knowing anyone and leave with a deep sense of community and connection. We create a safe and respectful space where everyone is welcome.
Is it mandatory to take the medicine?
No. Your participation is always voluntary. If you feel called to join for the experience, the learning, or the community, but decide not to take the Sacred Medicine, you are still welcome.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing, a water bottle, a notebook, personal items for resting, and any object that helps you feel grounded (such as an amulet or a photo). A full packing list will be sent after your registration.
Can I participate if I have a chronic or autoimmune condition, going through menopause, or undergoing hormone therapy?
Every body is unique, and we deeply honor the different stages and conditions you may be experiencing. In general, chronic or autoimmune conditions are not a direct contraindication for ceremonial Sacred Medicine use, but it is very important to disclose them in your health form.
During the preliminary evaluation, we will consider your individual case to ensure you can have a safe and supported experience. In the case of menopause or hormonal treatments, many people find these ceremonies offer deep reconnection with their bodies and emotions, though they may be experienced with greater emotional or physical intensity.
We are trained to accompany these processes with sensitivity, and we will provide specific preparation guidelines if necessary. If you have doubts, you can write to us directly before registering.
What kind of support is offered during and after the retreat?
During the retreat, facilitators are present at all times. After the ceremony, we hold an integration circle and offer optional individual integration sessions for those who wish to go deeper.
If you have questions or doubts, please contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram, or email so we can guide you.
